Using IN & OUT as your guide, incorporate breathwork techniques during your cleansing ritual.
Scoop up a small amount of Cleanser and warm it between fingers before massaging it onto dry skin in circular motions.
To rinse, wet the EVE LOM 100% cotton Muslin Cleansing Cloth in hot water and buff off, focusing on any areas of concern.
Rinse the cloth and repeat a second and third time before finishing with a cold compress using the cloth and cold water.
Afterwards, rinse the cloth with cold water and wring out excess. Hand wash in warm water or treat as white cotton in the washing machine. Hang dry. Do not tumble dry.
