STANDARD DELIVERY - FREE: Delivery within 2 - 4 business days. Available for all addresses within the UK & Channel Islands.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £5.95: Order before 12pm, and receive your order the next business day (Monday to Thursday only, excluding weekends). Cannot be used for Scottish Highland addresses.
SATURDAY DELIVERY - £12: Order before 12pm on Fridays and get delivery on Saturday. Any order received after 12pm on Friday will be kept for delivery on the following Saturday. Cannot be used on Scottish Highland addresses.

Complimentary. For European addresses delivery is within 10 business days. For Rest of World, delivery is within 14-21 business days.
Please note EVE LOM will not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please be aware that deliveries outside of the UK maybe subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions. To comply with local legislation you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply. International parcels cannot exceed 2kg.
All prices include VAT, the total of your order is confirmed at checkout before you proceed to pay and complete your order. In line with our new pricing policy prices may be displayed at a higher or lower price than previously stated. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.
EVE LOM hopes you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods returned to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their unopened and unused condition and original packaging.

Please allow up to 7 working days after your return has been received for your refund or exchange to be processed.
For all returns from outside of the UK (US, CA, MX orders visit the US site for return details), please ensure that you save your tracking number. We are responsible for your package only once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will unfortunately not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. We also cannot refund return postage costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have not been purchased at EVELOM.com or EVELOM.co.uk. EVE LOM products purchased from outside retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase and is subject to their return policy.
